Get. On. This.

We’re so excited by your interest in our retreat! It’s truly going to be a one-of-a-kind experience.

Join Miriam and Sarah as they link the physical practice of yoga with the applied fundamentals of nutrition. This integrated experience takes place at an agroturismo (organic farm) a few walkable steps from the stunning beach of Calamoushe (google it). Miriam’s yoga will be challenging and creative, stretching both body and mind. Through focused and personal attention, hands-on adjustments and edge-pushing asana, your practice will evolve and transcend expectations. Sarah will work one-on-one with you to decode specific health concerns and create a cohesive culinary program to follow upon returning home. All yoga classes will be linked with a nutritional-based lecture. But it’s not all sweat and tears: there will be plenty of time to luxuriate by the pool and the beach; to receive intuitive, holistic acupuncture from NYC-based Five Elements healer Margaret Hallisey (; to explore the Sicilian countryside; and to eat all of the gelato and drink all of the delicious, volcanic Sicilian wine. This retreat is not about denying yourself pleasures — it’s about refining and re-finding your best, most actualized self!

Early bird price is only $1675 if you register before Valentine’s Day 2017. After that day, the price goes up to $1900. Read the fine print for all the deets about pricing (basically, it includes all the things besides your flight and the bonus acupuncture) and there is a non-refundable deposit of $850.

About Your Girls:

Miriam Wolf is a lover of movement and a seeker of knowledge. She has been a mover her entire life: as a vinyasa yoga teacher for the past seven years and as professional dancer for the decade prior. She was certified in Thai massage in 2005; received her 200 hour RYT in 2009; studied under Schuyler Grant and Nikki Vilella of Kula Yoga Project (where she currently teaches); and completed an advanced teacher training with Ana Forrest in 2015.  She continues to delve deeper into all things body-, mind-, spirit-, and voice-related. The enduring student makes for the best teacher.

Sarah Pachelli never intended on a career in nutrition; but after moving to New York and getting an autoimmune disease, she became obsessed with using food as medicine and as a vehicle to heal her body. After quelling the psoriasis, she went to culinary school at the Natural Gourmet Institute to further understand holistic health and wellness. She has been working as a nutritional chef ever since. Sarah is a nutrition detective and has many tools up her proverbial sleeves to get to the bottom of whatever digestive distress is ailing. Her clients include those who have various autoimmune diseases, cancer or are in post-cancer treatment, people in need of seasonal cleansing and weight loss, and those who just need an culinary overhaul. Her nutritional motto: Don’t Eat Chemicals. Period.
